How To Treat Constant Drowsiness While Suffering From Heart Problem And Diabetes?

Dr. Rynne, My daughter is suffering from not being able to stay awake. She sleeps 8-10 hrs per day or more. She has Type 1 diabetes. She sleeps during the day and may not be awake to take her meds.
