How To Treat Constant Mood Swings After Taking Femilon?

This is my second cycle of using the oral contraceptive Femilon . But i misunderstood the directions given to me and started the second pack during my first period after starting the consumption of the pill , i did not wait for 7 days to start the next pack . And somehow , i have been feeling very moody since i started this second pack ? Have i done something very medically wrong and are the mood swings and wrong pill taking connected ? help needed asap .
