How To Treat Continuous Bleeding In Bladder Post Surgery Due To Prostate Enlargement?

I m Dhruv Patel here from ahmedabad , gujrat , india
there is my grand paa mr. kantibhai i patel , age : 78
he had some problem during the operation of the prostate enlargement
he had a mind strock and had a paralysis also after operation
he had a problem of high blood pressure before 7years and no problem of diabitus
bt now after operation he has also diabitus problem
there is continous problem of bleeding from bladder in the catreter with urine
if we gives the irrigation of the 0.90% sodium chloride
and condition is very serious
plz suggest me the treatment
and also drugs
and the condition of the patient.
