How To Treat Cough And Sore Throat Causing Hoarseness?

Hi, I have a cough, non- productive, no fever, no aches or pains of joints or muscles. I have not had a fever at all, but have had a sore throat, cough, and hoarseness for a week. Should I seek medical attention, or let it run its course a little longer?
