How To Treat Cramps And Tingling Sensation Of Tibial Muscles?

Trying to figure out where to start looking for a cause. I am an active 57 male, I cycle 4,000 miles per year, run, lift and swim when I have time. Started getting aches in my glutes, quads and front shin (tibial muscle) for no reason. They feel tight and sometimes tingley. I also cramp for no reason. I stay hydrated supplement with enuralytes (electroytle supplement) at times. I have dealt with tired legs all my life resulting from intense workouts sometimes in excess of 4 hours. I know the feeling this is a similar feeling minus the intense workout. The odd thing is the longer and harder I ride the better everything feels. My legs feel weak but once on the bike and riding a hard climb my performance does not appear to be impacted. I have had moderate twitching in my calves after a hard workout for over 15 years. Other than an occasional cramp that has not been a problem. I do take blood pressure medication and have for years (Azor / Triam). Stretching does help with the problem and do light squats and calve raises. Sleep has become an issue due to the discomfort, ibuprofen does help but I try to minimize the use.
