How To Treat Curves In Penis In Kids?

hello my son's penis curves to the right so much so that even when not erect the urethral opening is horizontal. With an errection it curves enough were I think he would pee on the wall. He is 4 months old. I have noticed it since he was born, but now we are being going to see a specialist. What could be wrong?
