How To Treat Cuts Between Labia Minora And Majora?

I have 2 one inch papercut like cuts that run along vertically between my labia minora and labia majora on both sides... I have had these on and off for a year now. These cuts itch badly at times... especially at night. There are no other symptoms. I don't know what is causing them and id really like to get rid of them. I've already been testeed for yeast... negative. Please tell me what's going on and how to get rid of this horrible irritation!
