How To Treat Damaged Food Pipe Caused Due To Paralytic Attack?

I am 82 year old person, having diabetes, I got paralytic attack which affectedy food pipe...now I am having artificial food pipe for some months...but its quite uneasy and I am provided with minor soups only through that pipe......how can I get rid of this pipe as I feel hungry
