How To Treat Dark Brown Bleeding After Taking Cerazette Pill?

I have been on the cerazette pill for contraception for around 3 and a half weeks and i am currently experiencing dark brown bleeding throughout the day, i very recently just had sex and experience ALOT of this bleeding. Is something wrong, i'm very worried!
