How To Treat Deformity In Hands Caused Due To Overgrowth Of Bones?

I have bony overgrowth and deformity in both hands .. both my pointers and a middle finger . im only 52 and have been a hairdresses for 22 years till i cant hold scissors anymore . i drop things alot ! pain is awful ! i havent worked in 2 years . what to do doc ? sorry typing so slow hurts
