How To Treat Dense Tissue In Breast And Benign Small Fibroid Tumor?

Hi.I just had a mammogram followed by an ultrasound and was told that I have dense tissue in one breast and also a benign small fibroid tumor. My doctor did not recommend aspiration or biopsy. I'm 48 years old with no family history of breast cancer. My concern is that on one breast I have several blue veins running all over it, but none on the other breast. The breast with the veins seems to have the denser tissue. Is this cause for alarm?
