How To Treat Depression And Panic Disorder?

hello doctor,One of my brother is suffering from depression and panic kind of disorder, we have took him to the many psychiatrist but still he is not getting cured, this problem my brother is facing since 5 to 6 years, please let me know your suggestion, how to make him get well soon?. His age is around 31 years.
