How To Treat Depression Despite Taking Wellbutrin And Seroquel?

What medication(s) should I try next for my depression? I can t try ECT because I m hiding depression from my unsupportive family. I m currently taking Wellbutrin and Effexor. They keep me from being suicidal, but I still barely function. I m seeing a Dr, but would like some suggestions that I could bring up to him.
