How To Treat Difficulty During Urination And Genital Pain After Colon Surgery?

My brother is mentally and physically handicapped.mhe is 51 years old and wasn t expected to live to be a teenager. Aside from seizures, he has never had any medicals issues until a couple years ago when he was diagnosed with colon cancer. He had a part of his lower left colon removed, took treatments and made a full recovery. Since then, he has started having pain in his private region and had some tests run showing a small blockage in his kidney or the tube going to the bladder...don t quote me on that but he had a stint put in and still has problems with accidents. He was given meds for an enlarged prostate but is still having accidents. An issue we think may be a problem is he has a very small penis and even when he sits to urinate, it doesn t hit the toilet right. Is there any kind of device or something to help with this problem aside from having a catheter inserted? My father is his caregiver and he is elderly and its a job for him to take care of him with these issues.
