How To Treat Difficulty In Walking After Having A Hematoma Of Face After An Injury?

Doctor,My name is prajith ,this mail send to know more about my father condition,Case Summary ( on 11.03.2013)Admitted with history of fall had sustained injury over face.CT sacan was done no intracranial bleed.Facimaxillary consultaion taken and hematoma over face.Subsequently devloped seizure was drowsy Repeat scan was suggestive of old infarct CT XSF study normal .He is known case of cerebrovascular accident,systemic hypertension and hypothyrodism on treatment,Treatment Given in Hospital.IV antibiotics,antiepieptics and other supportive treatment 1. TAB.Levesam 500MG 1-0-1,2.TAB Encorate Crono 500 MG 1-0-1,3.TAB ECOPRIN 150MG 1-0-1,4. TAB Eltroxin 12.5 MG OD,5.TAB Loasar,25 MG 1-0-1,6.SYO Shelcal ,7. TAB Pan 40 MG YID.After 40 Days he discharge from Hospital on 17.07.2013 up to one year he is ok he can walk but last year April he is slowing reduse his walking and then increased his sleeping condition ,we again admitted him in Hospital and arround 20 days we done Physiontherapy and he feel little better but he cannot walk more and his sleeping time increased. Now he is not going out only need full time attentance .Doctor now phusiotherapist comming every week 3 times ,is any possible better treatment i can provide my Father need your valuable suggetion Regards,Prajith
