How To Treat Discomfort In Sciatica Caused Due To Pinched Nerve In Left Leg?

My BP is 149/101. I have tingling in back of my neck. I have a pinched nerve in my left leg, at rhe moment causing me great discomfort beyween that and my sciatica. Since 4/8 my BP has been fluctuating in the 150/90. Few times inbetween since I started monitoring my BP, the number s have been in the 180s, 170s over 102. I am seeing my PT for neck therapy. Tomorrow morning I start therapy for my pinched nerve. I sleep in intervals of two hours. Headache wakes me up.
