How To Treat Dizziness And Swelling Of Palms And Feet?

Three days ago I went to put my kids down for a nap and when I laid down the room literally looked like it was spinning and I felt like I was floating and that my eyes were moving back and forth. It happens every time I lay down or go from laying to sitting/standing. I did have a reaction to some meds I was on I got red swollen itchy palms and feet. But that went away. This hasn t. What is going on.
