How To Treat Dry And Dark Skin On Corners Of Mouth?

hello .i am 24 years old and am 68 kgs and 154cm height . i have dark skin at corners of my mouth.... and its always dry and sometimes during winter it really burns ...it started after the puberty and am presently under medication for my hormonal imbalance. i really need an advice on this .
