How To Treat Dryness And Itchiness In Scrotum Area?

hello. ive been having a pretty rough time lately in my scrotum area. the area is constantly itchy, the skin is ususally dry, and there are also cracks in the skin on my scrotum. kind of concerned about it because it hasnt gone away after using various creams. any help?
