How To Treat Dryness Of Mouth And Choking Of Throat After Nebulization For COPD?

Hi. My father has been prescribed nebulization with Duolin and budecort. He has COPD, is a heart p atient , post CABG( 2000) , old MI, Post PTCA(RCA + LCD) , post PPI(2013). SIir, he has been on nebulization since last 27 days.In first 12 days he was also being given Mistabron alongwith above two. His dosage is .5 mg Duolin(3 times) +.5mg budecort(2times) daily. Usually he has an uneventful day. But generally he.is.very uncomfortable in night. After nebulization he gets breathless, as if his throat is choking. He complains of very sticky sputum and dry mouth after nebulization. Then he drinks lot of liquids and has an awful time. please suggest if there is any quick relief procedure in such situation at night. should we reduce his dosage or should we restart Mistabron alongwith.
