How To Treat Early Menopause Stage?

It has been 55 days since my last period. I am 47 yrs old and have been having symptoms of menopause. Sometimes my period will start from 15 days to 35 days, but it has never been like this. What are your thoughts?
Also my husband had a vasectomy about 14 yrs ago.
