How To Treat Early Onset Of Lichen Planus?

I was told that I have early on set of Lichen Planus from my ENT and Dermatologist. I have no complication at this time. I believe in the natural healing. What can I do to stop it in it`s place ? I never smoked, on drugs, no alcohol, only red wine for dinner on weekends. Have good hygiene.Thanks, Nat
