How To Treat Elevation Of WBC Count ?

Thanks. I just had blood work done and everything is in the good range , including my glucose level which is 94. Three of my siblings have diabetes and my father also had it. He insisted I would have it and I told him I refuse to contract that disease. So far, so good. However, my white blood count is elevated and I don t think I have any infection. Should I be worried? What can I do to improve this condition?
