How To Treat Enlarged Labia?

I have a young daughter, in puberty, who was born with enlarged labia and has suffered great discomfort for years with this. she also has severe sensory issues which make this worse. We have seen a gynocologist regarding this who did't think it was a problem, but it is a huge problem for my daughter what should i do? She is 14 years old.
