How To Treat Enlarged Vallate Paillaes On My Tongue?

i have enlarged vallate paillaes on my tongue....i've also been experiencing swollen lymph nodes on my throat and the left side of my groin area. I used to be on the birth control patch and i don't know if this is just a side effect of it. My throat is also sore and it feels like i have hair in my mouth. I do also have HCV. What's happening?
