How To Treat Entamoeba Coli Cyst And Abdominal Pain In An Infant?

My 1 month and 3 weeks baby have a entamoeba coli cyst and pus cells how to treat these bacteria? And how to ease the stomach ache? She is taking a medicine since feb 24 2015 of flagyl 2.5ml and pediachlor but my other doctor changed pediachlor by bacillus clausii erceflora yesterday. Please help me to ease the pain that my baby experiencing now. Thanks.
