How To Treat Enterococcus Faecalis Infection?

Hi, I had a semen analysis /m,c,s done recently . The Microscopy culture and sensititvity reports enterococcus faecalis resistant to vancomycin, erythromycin, teicoplanin, levofloxacin,tetracycline,and nitrofurantoin.please how do you advise I treat this infection?
