How To Treat Extreme Fatigue Due To Arthritis,enlarged Heart And COPD?

My mother is 76yrs old, had sarcoidosis 4 yrs ago, has had 5 mini strokes in last 4 yrs, has chronic arthritis , an enlarged heart,and COPD. She is constantly tired with no energy, she was always active until her illness 5 yes ago, she a light smoker n non drinker... Her thyroid levels are good !! Why she have b no energy... She has no quality of life n she just had carotid artery surgery ,
