How To Treat Extreme Neck Stiffness And Pressure In Head After Having Lumbar Puncture?

I had a LP 9 days ago (Friday). This was followed by a blood patch on Sunday (7 days ago) and a second blood patch Tuesday (5 days ago). Long story short, I'm now experiencing an extremely stiff neck and a ton of pressure in my head (like a terrible throbbing sinus headache) when I bend forward or stand up too quickly. Should I contact my doctor or can I treat this myself? It's effecting my ability to care for my 4 month old.Signed, Balloon Head
