How To Treat Fatigue And Lack Of Energy After Taking Embrel Post Infusion?

I was on Remicade for ten years or so for R.A. It worked so well and withing two weeks of my first infusion, I felt no pain and had no side affects and had all of the energy in the world. (I was 60 then). Now I am 70 and my R.A. specialist has removed me from Remacade and put me on Plaquinel (I was allergic to it) so now I am on Embril. It is working okay as far as the pain is concerned but I have absolutely no energy and am completely fatigued. He told me to live with it . I asked to go back on Remacade but he said I am no longer a candaidate for Remicade due to being on it for a long time and little infections setting in.....(bladder, uti s, yeast infections, etc). I have always had a tremendous amount of energy and now I have none. I can barely get out of bed and dress each day. What is going on?
