How To Treat Fatigue Cause Due To Hypothyroidism Inspite Of Taking Fluxetine?

I am a 40 yo female with hypothyroidism. I take 137 mcg of levo. I also take fluoxetine 20 mg per day. I am experiencing extreme fatigue. I have to take a nap for at least an hour when I get home from work. I never feel refreshed. I m getting really upset about this. It s hard to function. What do I do?
