How To Treat Fatigue, Muscle & Joint Pain With Rash On Back Neck?

I'm feeling extreme fatigue, muscle & joint pain, rash on back of neck and was recently told I have thyroid antibodies. I've been referred to an endocrinologist but can't be seen till June (3 months from now) Is there anything I can do to feel better?? Arghhhhhh!
