How To Treat Fecal Impaction Despite Taking Tylenol And Morphine In Elderly Person?

My Mother , 93 Years old has impacked colon. They removed impackion but she is now feeling like she needs to go to the bathroom again and can t. She did fall about a month ago and fractured pelvis but seems pain is from not being able to go to the bathroom. Sorry I m not using tech. terms. She is on morifine and Tylenol .I m trying to see what we could do for her. She had a couple really good days and now she seems to be going backwards. Please give up some sugestions.
