How To Treat Female Pattern Hair Loss Despite Taking Folifast?

i am a 28 year old female, who has female pattern hairloss. both my anemia and thyroid levels are normal. my dermatologist has prescribed folifast tincture and follihair tablets.can you please advise if these will make any difference? i have had PCOD and was on mediciation for about an year. that concern is rectified now.
