How To Treat Fever, Weakness And Headache?

My son is 19 years old. He is suffering from fever, weakness, bodyache for last 4-5 days. His CBC report is showing platelets count low as 132 thou/ul. Lymphocytes 18% and showing few macroplatelets. 1st Doctor suggested Combithere Forte twice a day. 2nd doctor suggested Augmentin 375 thrice a day, dolamide twice a day and rififol twice a day and asked to get CBC done tomorrow. Thanks. What to do now Doctor ?
