How To Treat Fibroids In Uterus?

Hi, I just recently had a HSG and found that the right tube is blocked and a 2.5cm ?fibroid in uterus. The 1st day of my last period was 12 days ago and had the procedure 5 days ago, last night i experienced spotting for the first time, and a little twinges in the right side lower abdo area, what could be the causes of this?
