How To Treat Flank Pain Radiating To Back After Being Diagnosed With Kidney Stones?

Ongoing flank pain radiating to the back. Right side. Microscopic hematuria. Usually last about 2-3 weeks. Shad 2 separate CT scans and cystOscopy. cT reviewed 2 small stone in the right kidney however no stone obstructing ureter. First episode happened in 3 trimester of pregnancy 8 years ago. Now pain happens about 4 times a year. Can this still be a kidney stone passing although CT didn t confirm. Hematuria only present during the pain episodes.
