How To Treat Flu Leading To Pain In Diaphragm?

I am just getting over the flu and for the last two days I have been experiencing pain in my diaphragm. It feels like needles from the inside or even a blockage possibly...? It hurts for me take a deep breathe, cough, or even straighten up. I am 49 years old.Thank you
