How To Treat Flu Like Symptoms While Having A-fib?

I have Afib, but it is under the care of a cardiologist. I had an ablation done 2 years ago and I am on a rhythm medication, propranol. I have flu like symptoms, but no other symptoms listed on this website. My sister in law passed away and I have been running a lot in helping with the funeral. What do you think I should do?
