How To Treat Fluid Filled Knot On Leg?

I hit my leg one weak ago a knot the size and shape of a egg came up and brused right away today there is a water like blood trickle coming from it there is 3small open spots on it but not much at all comes out, then latter it will do it again. What do I do for it?
