How To Treat Follicle Rupture Leading To Painful Cramps?

Dr,My LMP was 17/12/14. I did follicular study On 27,29 and 31/12/14. On 31st, it showed as my follicle had ruptured(dominant follicle size 18x20mm). We had intercourse from 29th to 2nd Jan once in a day. As by my doctor's advice I took Duphaston 10mg from 3rd Jan for 10 days. I have polycystic ovaries and am taking Thyronorm 25mcg. I was able to feel the implantation pain-like cramping pain after 6 days of follicle rupture. I hope that I will conceive this month. But I had my periods on 16/1/15. This time it's heavy. Also I Noticed very little waxy white discharge since 9th Jan. Is that a problem? Why didn't I get pregnant Even after my follicle rupture?
