How To Treat Folliculitis On Temple Area Of Face?

hello,i am a 30 years man and i have problemes with my skin,i have on my face in temples zone some red points like pimples,and they are from 5 weeks.a dermatologist told me that is folliculitis and gave me a mixted lotion and one gel to wash my face and applie the lotion.after 2 weeks they dont dissapered so i go back to the doctor and gave me pills,antibiotics minoz mr and mask gel plus for 30 days,so is the fort day of treatment but still no improvements
