How To Treat Food Allergy?

hello sir, i am taking a levosiz 5mg since last 3 (year every day one tablet) , but the problem is i am facing a food allergy now days it is increasing.As of now my condition is i can able to eat only rice food, other than that of food if i eat it will give a allergy reacting . so kindly help me and save my life.
