hi doctor, i am 25 year old lady, i have a fractured wound scar in my left elbow. i dont have any specific medical history, my weight is 55kg, 164cm.i fell down from cycle at age of 4yrs and was taken to hospital, but still my fracture wound persist.i would like to know the cost of plastic surgery for my scar in left elbow.
