How To Treat Frenulum Tear?

Hello, I m worried about my frenulum tearing and I ve read that it can be removed by operating. My foreskin doesn t retract above the head when erect unless i force it but then again i don t want to tear my frenulum and bleed like crazy. So is circumcision something i should do? I ve been considering a lot but not sure. Please help and thank you.
