How To Treat Frequent Headaches Due To Sinus Infection?

I always have headaches in the mornings from around 7 am to around 10 am. I went for a head scan and i was told that i have sinus infection and i am supposed to undergo surgery. I wanted to find out if there is any other cure to this other than surgery. and if i can undergo surgery what are the success rates in as far as this is concerned
