How To Treat Fungal Nail Infection?

Hi Mr Rynne, I've got an initial phase of fungal nail infection. Could you possibly suggest how should I treat fungus? Another question: as far as I know I must simultaneously disinfect all my shoes. I wonder how should I manage this? Thank you. Millie
