How To Treat Hair Loss?

hi i am suffering from hair loss. i am taking dr batras treatment frmom last 3 yrs ,but still the thinning is increasing.The thinning is mostly in my crown area. For 2-3 months i applied mintop 2% also , but my chest started paining so i stopped. Add more to this condition i have very scaly scalp,even when i apply normal oil, it sticks to my scale and then it form a thick layer which adds more hair fall.
Kindly suggest me what i will do.
