How To Treat Hair Loss?

hello sir/madam.....i am a boy and 15 years old.....for the past 2-3 months i have losing my hair when i comb it....whats the problem....?? i am feeling deeply sad....i have tried a lot of different shampoos...kindly advice me in this situation....!!!
