How To Treat Hands And Feet Turning Purple Due To Cold?

hi,im 15 years old and have purple feet. my hands also become purple when cold.my ankles and legs are also slightly swollen and it looks as if there is water beneath the skin as i can press my leg or ankle and make a hole.Are there any treatments available for the purpleness? the swelling has started to decrease so i am not too worried about it.
